Hey there. Your Level Fitness is the platform I created to help people build confidence, sustainable fitness habits, and a healthier relationship with themselves.

For most of my life I noticed something interesting about the health and fitness space. Many people successfully lose weight, improve their habits, and work incredibly hard to change their lives. Yet even after making progress, they still struggle to appreciate who and what they see in the mirror.

Your Level Fitness exists to help change that experience.

The goal is not just physical progress. The goal is learning how to appreciate yourself throughout the entire journey.

Why I Created Your Level Fitness

As someone living with cerebral palsy, I have spent my life thinking differently about movement, strength, and personal progress. I have also spent years studying how mindset, emotional awareness, and daily habits influence the way people experience health and fitness.

What I discovered is that real progress comes when people learn to approach life from the inside/out.

That means learning to develop confidence, emotional awareness, and self appreciation first, while building sustainable habits that support a lifelong active lifestyle.
